ANSWERS
1. What are your office hours?
The Miami front desk is staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Boca Raton office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Firm holidays include Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
2. Where are your offices located?
The Miami office is located on the 17th floor of The Miami Center, 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33131.
Our Boca Raton office is located at Peninsula Executive Center, 2385 Northwest Executive Center Drive, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
3. Where is the best place for me to park when visiting your office?
When visiting the Miami office you may park in The Miami Center parking garage or valet at the Intercontinental Hotel. Please bring your ticket to our receptionist for validation.
The Boca Raton office has free parking available in front of the building.
4. How long is the drive from the airport to your office?
Depending on traffic conditions, it is approximately 15 to 35 minutes from Miami International Airport to our Miami office.
The Boca Raton office is approximately 45 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport.
5. What hotel accommodations are near your office?
In Miami, the Intercontinental Hotel is attached to our office building. Please contact Laura Klein at lklein@klugerkaplan.com for reduced rates.
In Boca Raton, the Courtyard by Marriott is near the office at 2000 Northwest Executive Center Circle.
6. Who can I speak to about billing issues?
If you have a question regarding a bill that you have received, please contact Lucrecia Lozano, llozano@klugerkaplan.com.
7. How do I get added to or have changes made to my current information on your mailing list?

Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine offers summer internship programs for undergraduate students. Contact Laura Klein at lklein@klugerkaplan.com if you are interested in learning more about our programs.
11. Who do I contact regarding a summer associate position?
All positions for Summer 2009 have been filled. Please check back with us in the Fall for Summer 2010 positions. If you are a 2nd or 3rd year law school student and would like information about summer associate employment opportunities, please visit Recruiting.
12. Who is responsible for the hiring of attorneys?
