"I don't handle the everyday, cookie-cutter business tort and litigation cases. I take on the tough cases. I come up with creative ways to solve my clients' problems."

Abbey Kaplan is a trial lawyer known for taking on difficult cases and crafting legal strategies for complex commercial and business tort cases. His work spans such issues as fraud, negligence, partnership and corporate breakups, real estate development and banking controversies, professional liability, corporate finance, contracts and intellectual property.

Abbey’s clients range from major real estate developers and commercial enterprises to professional athletes and entertainers. His clients entrust him with their most critical and sensitive legal disputes. Through his years of representing business clients, he has come to believe that not every case is best fought to the end. Sometimes, compromise is the wiser route. In any given case, Abbey believes, the strategy must be driven by what is best for the client.
