Alan Kluger of Miami-based law firm Kluger Kaplan filed a lawsuit on behalf of Michael “Mr. Chow” Chow contending that the South Beach restaurant Philippe, owned by Philippe Chow, is ripping off Mr. Chow's menus and trademarked name.
