Biography
Daniel N. Rosen serves as Partner-in-Charge of Kluger Kaplan’s Minneapolis office. Dan focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation. With more than 25 years of courtroom experience, Dan has garnered a national reputation as a preeminent trial lawyer and advocate having represented some of the largest regional businesses and national corporations with interests across the Midwest.
Dan is the leading Minnesota lawyer representing property owners in eminent domain takings. He has won some of the largest condemnation cases in Minnesota, representing owners in the takings of a wide variety of property types. His work on behalf of commercial enterprises and individuals includes disputes ranging from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars.
Outside the courtroom, Dan is a recognized force in the Minnesota business and civic communities. He was the chair of the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board, the governor-appointed body that enforces Minnesota’s campaign-finance and lobbyist laws and regulations. Additionally, he is the past chairman of the Minnesota Council of the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and is a member of the AIPAC’s National Council. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was an officer in the U.S. Navy.
