Biography

David Archer specializes in complex business litigation. David has experience in federal and state courts, including the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida’s Complex Business Division, as well as criminal matters and appeals.

David’s litigation experience includes disputes relating to the interpretation of international customs regulations, investigations of international Ponzi schemes, bankruptcy related litigation, tort and insurance subrogation claims arising from plane crashes, trade secrets and non-compete litigation, board and internal investigations, and banking fraud.

David received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with honors as a Reid Scholar. He received his M.A. with first-class honors from the University of St. Andrews in the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, David was an associate at an international law and lobbying firm. Before attending law school, David worked as a parliamentary lobbyist in London, Brussels, and Washington, D.C., and in business development for Diageo PLC.

David serves as Legal Counsel and Member of the Board of Directors of the British American Business Council in Miami. In his free time, David loves watching and playing sports.
