Biography

As an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., Drew Bruff focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation. Drew has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation from commencement through resolution, as well as creating and implementing legal strategies to mitigate anticipated and potential litigation risks for corporate clients.

Previously, Drew was an associate in the complex litigation practice at Wilson Elser, LLP, in San Diego, California, where he participated in the development of a program geared towards serving start-up and entrepreneurial clients. He also represented a start-up pharmaceutical company at a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement presentation, which resulted in the termination of a formal investigation and declination of enforcement action by the SEC against his client.

He has experience working on appellate cases and previously worked as a staff attorney for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia.

Drew received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class and served as an Executive Board Member for the Emory Law Moot Court Society. He received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Political Science and Philosophy from Florida State University.
