Biography

Ashley Frankel is an associate at Kluger Kaplan, focusing her practice on general and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a litigation firm in New York City, as well as in-house at two real estate development companies.  Additionally while in New York, Ms. Frankel served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Jeffrey S. Sunshine in Kings County, Brooklyn.

She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was the Submissions Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender, and a B.A. from New York University, magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Florida.   Ms. Frankel is also a member of the Dade County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
