Biography

Danella C. Williams, Esq. is an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., with experience managing complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Danella was a Senior Litigation Associate at a national litigation firm, where she acted as the primary handling attorney representing clients in all phases of litigation for general liability matters and commercial disputes.

Her experience spans advanced legal research and business strategy, with experience drafting legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), business formation, and partnership agreements, in addition to managing company intellectual property applications including trademarks.

Beyond her legal journey, Danella is also a seasoned entrepreneur. She founded a start-up that garnered recognition and was showcased at eMerge Americas, a premier technology conference in Miami. This blend of legal and entrepreneurial experience uniquely positions her to offer strategic insights to start-ups, businesses, and intellectual property clients, understanding both the legal and business considerations.

Danella earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law with a Certificate in International Law, magna cum laude. During law school, she participated in the E. Earl Zehmer National Moot Court Competition and received first place for Best Written Brief, interned at the State Attorney’s Office for the 17th Judicial Circuit, and externed at start-up incubator, Domi Station. She was also a member of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, participated on the VIS International Commercial Arbitration team, and received a Book Award for International Aspects of Intellectual Property.

Danella participated in Leadership Fort Lauderdale Class 25 as a Class Speaker and served on the Central City Redevelopment Advisory Board as Vice Chair.

In her spare time, Danella enjoys karaoke, concerts, and contact sports.
