MIAMI, FL—South Florida’s preeminent litigation firm Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine has elected Ryan J. Bollman as its newest partner. Mr. Bollman has been an associate at Kluger Kaplan for three years, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation as well as trust and estate litigation. The promotion comes as the law firm continues to grow, with the addition of two attorneys so far this year.
Mr. Bollman’s litigation experience includes representing financial institutions in state and federal courts involving mortgage, title-related and securities litigation. He has worked alongside the firm’s leadership team on a number of high-profile matters throughout South Florida and nationwide, including representing the directors of venture capital funds with more than $1 billion of assets under management, a family-owned car dealership in litigation over the purchase of a group of dealerships valued more than $150 million, and a high-net-worth, professional baseball player.
