Biography
Alejandro J. Anselmi González maintains a commercial litigation practice focused on complex business disputes in state and federal courts. His experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in contractual, real estate, banking, and other business matters from case inception through trial. He handles motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations, guiding clients through each stage with a strategic and practical approach.
Before joining Kluger Kaplan, Alejandro practiced at firms where he managed a high-volume civil caseload and served as first chair in numerous hearings and depositions. Earlier in his career, he gained judicial experience as a judicial intern for Justice Jamie R. Grosshans at the Supreme Court of Florida. He also clerked at an international law firm supporting the firm’s work in asset recovery, financial fraud, and cross-border insolvency litigation.
Alejandro is recognized for his strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and steady communication style. His background in research, writing, and complex case management allows him to address multifaceted legal challenges and deliver efficient, solutions-driven results for clients.
He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he ranked in the top 10% of his class, served as Student Writing Editor of the Inter-American Law Review, and was extensively involved in the Health Rights Clinic. His undergraduate studies were completed at Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology with College Honors and studied abroad at the London School of Economics.
Alejandro is fluent in Spanish and English and is admitted to practice in Florida.
