Biography

Briana Harris is an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., focusing on commercial, complex, and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Briana was a summer law clerk at the Florida Health Justice Project, where she provided support and advised clients on health care access and equity matters.

While in law school, Briana served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review and was also a member of FIU Law’s Moot Court. Notably, she was the inaugural recipient of Kluger Kaplan’s H.T. Smith Legal Studies Scholarship and served as a summer law clerk for the firm, specializing in legal research and drafting.

Briana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University’s College of Law, graduating as Salutatorian of the part-time program.
