Cameron Duran is an associate representing beneficiaries, heirs, trustees, personal representatives, and both professional and family guardians in probate, trust, incapacity, and guardianship administration and litigation.
Her practice also includes facilitating property sales, handling complex disputes involving will contests, civil theft, creditor claims, undue influence, elder exploitation, and personal property matters through negotiation and litigation.
Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Cameron worked at a national law firm where she focused on probate, trust, and guardianship matters. During law school, Cameron gained valuable judicial experience as a legal extern for Judges Kenneth Gillespie and Nicholas Lopane in the Broward County Probate Court, where she conducted legal research, reviewed filings for compliance, and observed court proceedings. She also served as a legal intern with the Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel and the Guardian ad Litem Program, working on matters involving elder abuse, dependency, and guardianship, and advocating for vulnerable populations.
Cameron earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology, summa cum laude, from Florida State University. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law, earning multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and recognition on the Dean’s List.
