Biography
Evan S. Dubow is an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., with experience focusing on commercial litigation, financial fraud, economic tort claims, and securities disputes.
Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Dubow was a commercial litigation associate at a nationally recognized commercial litigation firm, where he defended businesses from breach of contract, financial fraud, and economic tort claims in various litigation forums, including state and federal court, and FINRA Dispute Resolution.
Previously, Dubow served as a Judicial Intern for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He also served as an intent for the University of Miami School of Law’s Investor Rights Clinic, where he represented aggrieved seniors, pro-bono, who were defrauded.
Dubow earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as an editor of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Banking Law. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Legal Studies from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. During his time at the University of Miami, Dubow was involved in the Business Law Society, Cardozo Jewish Legal Society, and fundraising efforts for the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Survivor Fund.
Dubow is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is an active member of the Federal Bar Association and the Anti-Defamation League.
