Jean-Pierre Bado is an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., with experience in domestic and international litigation, with a focus on real estate, securities, and complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Jean-Pierre engaged in all aspects of litigation, serving as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, shareholders, and investors in and outside the continental United States.

Previously, he spent eight years in financial services performing sales and operations functions in private banking, mergers & acquisitions, and retail banking.  He formerly held several securities licenses and was an instructor teaching other financial industry executives as part of a Certified Financial PlannerTMcertification program at Barry University. He also served as the Survivor Outreach Services Financial Counselor at the United States Southern Command in Doral, Florida. He is a published author on closed end bond funds and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Jean-Pierre earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law and his Master of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from the University of Miami. A graduate of the Unites States Military Academy, he is a U.S. Army veteran with multiple awards for military achievement and service.id

In 2021, he was appointed to the Miami-Dade County Cryptocurrency Task Force and authored the legal framework for providing county commissioners with recommendations regarding the viability of cryptocurrency initiatives by the municipality.

Jean-Pierre is fluent in Spanish, proficient in French.
