Jonathan Korin is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has extensive expertise in insurance litigation.

His diverse practice includes complex commercial disputes, class actions, contract disputes, construction litigation, and arbitration proceedings before both religious and secular tribunals. 

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Jonathan founded his own practice where he represented homeowners and other insureds against insurance companies that failed to adequately extend coverage on claims. Previously, he worked as a brand ambassador for a major telecommunications firm, an editor for a think tank on energy security, and trained in the Harvard Mediation Clinic. 

Jonathan brings a sharp analytical approach to every case, informed by his background in printed circuit board design and his deep engagement with Talmudic law. His ability to navigate intricate legal and technical issues makes him a formidable advocate in high-stakes litigation.

Whether representing clients in court, arbitration, or settlement negotiations, Jonathan combines strategic thinking with a keen attention to detail, ensuring the best possible outcomes for his clients. Jonathan received his B.A. in Philosophy, Middle Eastern Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

He remains a passionate student of history, philosophy, and Jewish law with a professional working knowledge of Hebrew.
