Biography

Kody Trespalacios is a family law associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L.

Prior to joining the firm, Kody was an associate at a boutique family law firm in Miami where he worked on a variety of complex family law matters, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity issues, and high net worth dissolutions of marriage involving equitable distribution, business valuations, alimony, child support, and parental responsibility and timesharing. Previously, Kody served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Monica Gordo in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he observed various civil, criminal, and family hearings and trials.

Kody earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law where he was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Association of Business Law Students, and the Family Law Society. He received his B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.

Kody enjoys snowboarding, sports, and traveling.
