Lauren’s practice concentrates in complex commercial, business, real estate, construction, and insurance litigation and disputes.

Lauren is known for her strong work ethic and results-oriented approach for developing bespoke strategies to help clients obtain solutions that serve their objectives and needs. From start to finish in her cases, Lauren focuses on two main things: client service and results. Lauren represents businesses, property owners, individuals, community associations, commercial landlords and tenants, community associations, developers, property managers, real estate brokers, and investors in a broad range of business, commercial and real estate disputes, including claims involving partnership, shareholder, and limited liability membership disputes, joint venture disputes, “business divorces,” business entity dissolution and receiverships, contract disputes, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, fraud, director malfeasance and misfeasance, breaches of fiduciary duties, professional liability, construction and design defect claims, restrictive covenant enforcement and disputes, and injunctive relief. Lauren also represents insureds in claims involving insurance broker/agent liability for failure to procure adequate, necessary or requested insurance coverage, and she lectures across the State on this area of law.
