Biography

As an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., Madeleine Gross focuses her practice on probate, trust and guardianship disputes.

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Madeleine was an attorney at a boutique law firm in Miami, Florida, where she specialized in probate, trust and guardianship litigation. She also assisted with complex estate and trust administration matters. Previously, Madeleine worked as a Law Clerk at a probate and estate planning law firm in Coral Gables, Florida. She also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Maria M. Korvick in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Probate Division in Florida.

Madeleine earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science & History from Purdue University, where she served as President and Webmaster for the Purdue Pre-Law Society.

She is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section; The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division; and the Dade County Bar Association.
