Biography
Madison Hauser is an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation.
Madison has experience working on various civil litigation and appellate matters in both state and federal court. Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, she served as a law clerk at a Miami-based trial and appellate firm, where she prepared pleadings for state and federal court, drafted legal memoranda on various litigation topics, and prepared an Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals Petitioner’s Brief for a pro-bono client.
Madison earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. While pursuing her degree on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Madison worked as a summer associate at Kluger Kaplan. She also served as Senior Writing Editor for the University of Miami Law Review, was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and was involved with the Cardozo Jewish Legal Society, a networking group connecting students with prominent attorneys.
Madison received her M.S. in Management and B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Additionally, she worked as a legal intern at Dade Legal Aid – Put Something Back, an agency that provides free civil legal assistance to low-income residents of Miami-Dade County.
A South Florida native, Madison enjoys cooking, traveling, health and fitness, and reading.
