Biography

Natalie Benayoun is an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., with experience focusing on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state court.

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Natalie was an Associate Attorney at a national full-service law firm, where she supported clients in federal court litigation, including class action defense matters, and advised on discovery, depositions, arbitration, and consumer protection issues. Previously, she served as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at a boutique litigation firm in Miami, assisting with intellectual property and employment litigation matters.

Natalie earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and a recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Editing, Writing, and Media from Florida State University.
