Biography

Stephanie S. Khouri is an associate at Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Stephanie served as corporate counsel for a pharmaceutical company, handling complex commercial litigation, personal injury, class action, employment law and product liability matters. Previously, she was an associate at a full-service business law firm for six years, where she further developed her expertise in contractual disputes, cyber fraud, trademark infringement, and other complex litigation matters.

A member of the Florida and New York State Bars, Stephanie graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was lead counsel for the UM Trial Team. While in law school, she served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge D. Tunis of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court and completed internships with the Honorable Judge S. Blake of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court and with Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen in Washington D.C.

Stephanie received her B.S. in Communication from Boston University and was a member of the Cultural Mentorship Program as well as a teacher for AmeriCorps Jumpstart during her time in Boston. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys living in Key Biscayne with her family.
