Midsize firm leaders in Florida and Texas, two booming legal markets, are targeting policies around fostering a cooperative work environment instead of cracking down on remote work as a response to attorney disengagement.
Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L.‘s Alan J. Kluger spoke with litigation reporter Alexander Lugo about the Firm’s flexible policy around remote work and how mentorship plays a key role.
“[That] flexibility helps attract young lawyers initially but keeping them engaged and onboard comes as a result of offering those lawyers meaningful mentorship in an environment where they feel welcome,” said Kluger.
