Lauren Fallick Returns to Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine As Partner
MIAMI, FL—Miami-based litigation firm Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine P.L., is bolstering its practice with the addition of a new partner. Lauren Fallick, who previously worked at Kluger Kaplan shortly after it was founded in 2009, rejoins the firm and will focus her practice on complex commercial and business litigation as well as real estate and construction litigation. With the addition of three new attorneys so far this year, Kluger Kaplan continues to expand its litigation capabilities amidst the accelerating growth of Florida’s economy. Prior to rejoining Kluger Kaplan, Ms. Fallick was a partner at Haber Law in Miami, Florida, where she focused on complex business and commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage litigation, business and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, and community association law.
