Diane Wagner Katzen Joins Kluger Kaplan Silverman Katzen and Levine as Of Counsel

MIAMI, FL – Miami-based litigation firm Kluger Kaplan recently announced Diane Wagner Katzen is joining the firm as Of Counsel.
Katzen joins the firm after serving as Partner at Richman Greer for more than 30 years. She specializes complex commercial litigation, employment-related litigation, business torts and liability of business professionals and general negligence.

Katzen experience includes maintaining a civil and trial practice in state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience in matters relating to negotiation of separation agreements and preparation of employee manuals. She is a Florida Supreme Court certified civil mediator.
Outside the courtroom Katzen has served the Board of Trustees of Temple Beth Sholom in various capacities. She formerly served as a Director of the National Council of Jewish Women/Greater Miami section. She is also a past member of the Executive Board of the Commerce and Professions Division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Previously, Katzen served on the Cultural Action Committee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Development Committee of the Miami City Ballet, and the Support Group for the New World Symphony.
Katzen earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Miami School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She received a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from Boston University. Katzen is a graduate of Leadership Miami, Florida.
