On November 3, Kluger Kaplan associate Justin B. Kaplan was recognized as among the “40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of Miami-Dade County” by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  Justin was selected for this recognition as a result of his outstanding representation of clients in complex business disputes, charity work, dedication of his profession, work ethic, outstanding leadership, and positive impact on the community.  As part of his commitment to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Justin raised over $15,000 for the foundation to cure, control and improve the quality of life of those with the disease.  Congratulations, Justin!
