MIAMI – February 3, 2022 – Following the addition of four new hires and promotions in 2021, Miami-based law firm Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine continues to strengthen its leadership. Commercial litigator Jeremy R. Kreines has been elected as the firm’s newest partner. Mr. Kreines joined the firm as an associate in 2018, focusing his practice on complex commercial disputes.

Mr. Kreines’ experience spans a variety of practice areas, including commercial, real estate, probate, class action, contracts, employment, and professional malpractice. Mr. Kreines litigates in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He also has experience handling arbitration proceedings.  

During his time at Kluger Kaplan, Mr. Kreines has worked on a number of notable matters, including complex and highly contested business disputes in federal court; multi-million dollar yacht disputes; and high-net-worth trust and estate matters. 

He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for the Legal Services of Greater Miami and the Miami-Dade County School Board Attorney’s Office. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.  

Mr. Kreines has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch by U.S. News & World Report for Commercial Litigation. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
