The leading litigation firm grows its team amid increasing demand for commercial and fiduciary litigation in South Florida.
Miami, FL, May 21, 2026 – As demand for high-stakes litigation continues to accelerate across South Florida, Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine is expanding its bench, promoting Marissa A. Reichel to Partner and adding three attorneys to deepen its capabilities across commercial and fiduciary disputes.
Reichel’s elevation reflects both her individual contributions and the firm’s strategic investment in its growing Probate, Trust, Guardianship and Fiduciary Litigation practice. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has become a key member of the group, representing clients in complex disputes involving will contests, trust administration, fiduciary litigation, contested guardianships, and issues of undue influence and capacity. Over the course of her career, she has counseled hundreds of clients, managed a substantial caseload, and tried numerous bench and jury trials to verdict, while taking hundreds of depositions.
“As our probate and commercial litigation practices continue to expand, it is critical that we grow our team with lawyers who have both the technical skill and judgment to handle increasingly complex matters,” said Bruce Katzen, Chair of the firm’s Trust & Estates Litigation Practice Group. “Marissa has consistently demonstrated those qualities. Her elevation to partner reflects the important role she plays in the firm’s continued growth and in serving our clients at the highest level.”
The firm also welcomed Alejandro Anselmi, Amy K. Brown, and Cameron Duran, each of whom brings meaningful litigation experience across key practice areas as the firm responds to a steady increase in demand driven by South Florida’s population growth, business expansion, and influx of high-net-worth individuals.
Anselmi focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts in matters involving contractual disputes, real estate, banking, and other business conflicts. He has significant experience managing cases from inception through trial, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
Brown returns to Kluger Kaplan after previously practicing with the firm. She maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, with experience in complex business disputes, professional liability, and contract matters. She has handled trials, appeals, and negotiated resolutions across a range of industries. Brown earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law and holds a B.A. in Journalism from Pennsylvania State University.
Duran focuses her practice on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation, representing beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives, and guardians in complex fiduciary disputes. Her experience includes matters involving will contests, civil theft, creditor claims, undue influence, and elder exploitation. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law and her B.S., summa cum laude, from Florida State University.
“Florida continues to attract significant wealth and business activity, and the nature and volume of disputes are evolving alongside it,” added Founding Member Alan Kluger. “Expanding our team with talented litigators across key practice areas allows us to meet that demand while preserving the focused, high-caliber practice that has defined our firm for decades.”
With these additions, the firm continues to build on its reputation as one of South Florida’s leading litigation boutiques, enhancing its depth across practice areas while remaining focused on delivering strategic, results-driven advocacy.
