Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite
The 2021 edition of Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite has recognized two Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine attorneys in their respective practices. Todd A. Levine was ranked for Commercial Litigation and Jason R. Marks was recognized for Marital and Family Law. Now in its 18th year, the Florida Legal Elite presents the state’s top licensed and practicing attorneys selected by their peers.

This year, less than two percent of active Florida Bar members practicing in Florida were recognized as Florida Legal Elite. Florida Trend invites all in-state members of the Florida Bar to name attorneys whom they highly regard or would recommend to others.

2021 Super Lawyers
Eleven of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by the 2021 issue of Florida Super Lawyers. Eight attorneys were selected as 2021 Super Lawyers and three attorneys were named as 2021 Rising Stars. Super Lawyers is a rating service of the top lawyers across more than 70 practice areas who have been recognized by the legal community for their exemplary work, professional achievements, and contribution to the legal community.

Part of Thomson Reuters, Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented, multi-phase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third-party research, and each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognitions and professional achievement. Super Lawyers selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.
