By July 14, 2021

MIAMI – July 14, 2021 – South Florida’s preeminent litigation firm Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine has elected Ryan J. Bollman as its newest partner. Mr. Bollman has been an associate at Kluger Kaplan for three years, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation as well as trust and estate litigation. The promotion comes as the law firm continues to grow, with the addition of two attorneys so far this year.

Mr. Bollman’s litigation experience includes representing financial institutions in state and federal courts involving mortgage, title-related and securities litigation. He has worked alongside the firm’s leadership team on a number of high-profile matters throughout South Florida and nationwide, including representing the directors of venture capital funds with more than $1 billion of assets under management, a family-owned car dealership in litigation over the purchase of a group of dealerships valued more than $150 million, and a high-net-worth, professional baseball player.

“Since joining Kluger Kaplan, Ryan Bollman has proven to be an exceptional attorney and has become a trusted advisor and strong advocate for his clients,” said Alan J. Kluger, founding partner at Kluger Kaplan. “We are confident that he will continue to be an invaluable litigator at the firm and look forward to his continued contributions as a partner.”

Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan in 2018, Mr. Bollman served as an associate at Wargo French, LLP in Miami, where he focused his practice on commercial litigation and represented large financial institutions. Previously, he worked at Brown and Heller, P.A.

While in law school, Mr. Bollman served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Barry S. Seltzer in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He was also a member of the Health and Elder Law Clinic, where he assisted with client intake at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and helped underprivileged people navigate legal matters, including the public benefits process and estate planning.

A member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Bollman has been recognized consecutively as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as a member of the University of Miami Law Review. He also received the Dean’s Certificates of Achievements for Civil Procedure I, Closely Held Businesses, and Evidence, and CALI Awards for Commercial Law I and Evidence. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, graduating cum laude.
