MIAMI, FL— August 12, 2021— Miami-based litigation firm Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine P.L., is bolstering its practice with the addition of a new partner. Lauren Fallick, who previously worked at Kluger Kaplan shortly after it was founded in 2009, rejoins the firm and will focus her practice on complex commercial and business litigation as well as real estate and construction litigation. With the addition of three new attorneys so far this year, Kluger Kaplan continues to expand its litigation capabilities amidst the accelerating growth of Florida’s economy.

“We know Lauren very well, and we are thrilled to welcome her back. Lauren’s deep experience handling complex commercial and real estate disputes, coupled with her ability to be a trusted advisor to her clients makes her a valuable asset to our team. As we continue down the path of steady growth, these types of additions show our plan for growth and succession,” said Alan J. Kluger, founding partner at Kluger Kaplan.

Prior to rejoining Kluger Kaplan, Ms. Fallick was a partner at Haber Law in Miami, Florida, where she focused on complex business and commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage litigation, business and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, and community association law. She has extensive experience representing businesses, property owners, community associations, developers, individuals and commercial landlords and tenants in a broad range of commercial disputes involving multifaceted development, commercial, construction and real estate projects and transactions, contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes, business torts, and business entity disputes and dissolution.

“My past experience at Kluger Kaplan was instrumental to my early years practicing law, and I’m excited about returning to the firm to grow my practice alongside many longtime friends and colleagues. Kluger Kaplan is South Florida’s preeminent litigation firm, and I’m eager to build upon that legacy as a partner,” added Fallick.

Ms. Fallick is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Leadership Florida, and the University of Florida Alumni Association. She has repeatedly served as a panelist and expert commentator on Insurance Agent Liability for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) Convention and Education Symposium.

Ms. Fallick is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
