Maia Dombey Joins South Florida’s Litigation Firm Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine

MIAMI, FL— South Florida’s preeminent litigation firm, Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine P.L., has added associate Maia Dombey, who will focus her practice on complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Maia worked as a law clerk at a boutique litigation firm in Miami and assisted on large-scale litigation and mediation matters including class action lawsuits, commercial disputes, and wrongful death. Previously, Maia interned with the Anti-Defamation League in New York and the United Nations Watch in Geneva Switzerland, where she delivered a statement to the UN Human Rights Council and conducted research and writing on various international human rights issues.

Maia graduated Cum Laude as a Miami Scholar from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she served as Editor-In-Chief of the International and Comparative Law Review and worked as a student advocate for the International Human Rights Clinic, where she worked directly under the former White House Advisor on Violence Against Women.

She earned her B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from New York University. While attending New York University, she served as President of TorchPAC and as a Campus Liaison for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

Maia is a member of the Florida Bar and Federal Bar Association. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and she is conversational in Hebrew.
